Mom's Celebration of Life--Memorial Service

After the graveside service, we met at the church for a memorial service for anyone who wished to attend.  I was worried that there wouldn't be anyone there.  Mom really hadn't been to church much in the last several years, and all of her friends had already passed away.  To my surprise, the chapel was full. I'm guessing over a hundred people were there to celebrate with us.  That is a real testament to me how much mom was loved and how people she touched.

After the service, my wonderful Relief Society furnished a luncheon for all who attended.  It was great, and so appreciated.

My favorite photo of the afternoon is this one.  Todd, Johnny, and JJ...best buds through all of their growing up years.  They did everything together.  They were even best men at each other's weddings.  In fact, Todd named his boys after them--Tayson Davis and Luke Jason.
This picture is so cool because this is where these three boys spent their Sundays--blessing the sacrament together.  Boys then...men now!!

This entire day was perfect.  Just as mom would have wanted.
