Disneyland

 We decided the best way we could celebrate mom's life was to have fun together...at Disneyland!!

We had a couple of firsts this time...

The first time we got into Oga's Cantina in Star Wars land.  The drinks were expensive but cool.  And we got to see Rex be the DJ.

We went on the new Star Wars ride, Rise of the Resistance.  We were up before 7, all gathered in my bedroom, ready to swipe, swipe, swipe to get a virtual ticket.  Success!!  It's more that just a ride, it's a complete experience!  And sooo Cool!!!

The kids got to ride Dumbo!  I know that sounds funny, since the youngest of the kids is 11.  But all these years, Kathy has strategically walked around Dumbo so the kids didn't even know it was there.  The line was always so long.  Well, today it wasn't...so on they went!

The rest of the day was repeats of our favorites.  And in some cases, a couple of times.
