As our day was ending at the Great Wolf Lodge, I went down one last slide. An easy one that I had already ridden a couple of times earlier. This time, almost at the end of the ride, somehow, the tub flipped and I hit my head on the side of the tube. I came out of the tube on my stomach, tube over my head. I ended up with a pretty good goose egg and a mild headache. I'm sorry to say, we didn't take any pictures of the original injury!

The next day, Saturday, the swelling moved
down to my temple, soft and squishy! |

Sunday, the swelling is gone, but a beautiful
purple! |
