For Emma's environmental science class, she had to plan, cook and serve a vegetarian meal. She asked me to come and help her, and it was so much fun. And very enlightening. Her meal was inspired by "The Emperor's New Groove", all the way down to the table setting. She served a meatless pot pie that was actually quite tasty. She also made stuffed spinach wraps that weren't so good. We found out much later that she used the wrong Philo dough.
